West Feliciana Parish, LA (February 18, 2020) — A crash involving a single car killed a man in West Feliciana Parish on Tuesday afternoon. The accident occurred around 3:00 p.m. on LA Highway 66 near LA Highway 969.
According to Louisiana State Police, a 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by 33-year-old John Gueho Jr. was traveling west on LA Highway 66 when he drove his car off of the road. His car then hit an embankment, troopers said.
Gueho was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash and it is unknown if the driver was impaired.
