Houston, TX (February 9, 2020) – A woman is in the hospital after she crashed her pickup truck into a Houston Fire Department truck on Saturday night. The accident occurred at around 10 p.m. near the 13000 blocks of Northwest Freeway.

The Houston Police Department was investigating a DWI crash on the freeway when a Ford F-150 slammed into a fire truck blocking the accident scene. The driver of the F-150 was partially ejected from her truck during the crash. She was not wearing her seatbelt. 

The woman was cut out of the truck and sent to the hospital. She is currently in stable condition. At this time, investigators do not know if alcohol played a role in the accident.
