A New Orleans native, Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Emory University. He also holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane, he completed an internship with The United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

Mr. Francis has assisted clients in estate planning, tax, bankruptcy, and corporate matters.

He has extensive knowledge of estate planning issues and provides a wide array of services to business clients, including contract review, negotiation, entity formations, and employment matters.

While working for the Louisiana Workforce Commission, he assisted with tax collection/non-profit revenue optimization, public policy, and labor and employment law.

In addition, Mr. Francis assists individuals and businesses in handling insurance disputes to ensure that their contractual rights are fully protected.

His tax and business background provides a unique perspective, allowing him to maximize his clients’ recovery working hand-in-hand with appraisers and adjusters.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Francis gained valuable accounting and financial advisory consulting experience in areas including external and internal audit, merger and acquisition due diligence, revenue and expenditure forecasting, litigation cost management, policymaking, compliance, and business valuation gained across Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, banking, and airline industries.

Mr. Francis is passionate about working to ensure that the laws governing us all also work to benefit us all.
